A report from Rachel Snead from the Palms Christion school.
Thank you for your prayers for our school over the summer. The American teachers were able to get their Visas and be back for the start of the year. We were able to build the classrooms needed and make other adjustments to the building to accommodate our growth. With over 430 students this year, we are excited to see what God has in store.
Each Sunday night, I have the privilege of spending time and praying with some of the Dominican teachers of the school. It is their prayer every week, as I'm sure it is for all the staff at The Palms, that God would use them in their classrooms to teach their students more about Him. A lot of families choose The Palms because of the affordable tuition and the English classes. Therefore, a lot of our students come from non-Christian homes. We are honored to have the opportunity to teach these children so much more than Math and Science - we have the privilege of teaching them how to become men and women of God.
