Carlos, Valerie and their daughter Miriam (Mia) moved to the Dominican Republic in 2016. 

Both Carlos and Valerie serve full-time at Las Palmas Christian School in San Pedro de Macoris. Carlos serves as the campus pastor and also the technology director and highschool technology teacher. Valerie is the preschool coordinator and also teaches where needed in highschool. 

Carlos and Valerie are also involved in ministry at IBEM. Carlos serves on the worship team while Valerie serves in the sound booth.
