INTERNATIONAL MISSION TRIPS
Daystar’s largest team of missionaries serve in San Pedro, Dominican Republic. The Daystar team in San Pedro serves in conjunction with missionaries from a few other organizations. The combined team is referred to as “DR Vision.” The DR Vision team is involved in several type of ministries, such as: A Significant Church, a Church Plant from it and a Chapel Ministry throughout the city. Las Palmas Christian School – a school of 480+ students from preK -12th grade, Lifehouse girls home– a home for girls under 18, MERCY workshop- a rescue ministry to prostituted women offering work, counseling and discipleship. Paloma House – a safe house for vulnerable or abused women, Sports Ministry – baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball games and clinics Medical missions – including two physical therapists who are on the team
